It take time, awareness and compassion.

In any relationships whether it’s with family, loved ones and friends we go through a growing process and learning how to work with this relationship and how it entwines into our lives.  As we learn and understand our appreciation and love for each other grows too.  Every person has a story, and everyone has their sad chapters, some more than others and sadly some who have a whole lot. Every relationship takes patience, understanding and time.  When you work with someone in any community and from any position we have to learn to listen to understand, keep an open heart, mind and ears.  Do not assume and do not judge, if you don’t know then ask questions and keep your heart, mind, and ears open to learn.  It’s going to take patience, understanding and time.

I am getting into facilitating and educating people of all ages from all walks of life and it’s such a blessing and great learning experience. I know that a lot of people that I talk to walk away feeling inspired however have heavy hearts from the truth that they hear. I am so proud of them for taking a big step to create change and I decided to start writing blogs in hopes of continuing to help people after they attend one of my circles or workshops, or anyone who is in need of extra guidance and support.
